Sorry I haven been on in a while, no real reason, just incredibly lazy and a little overwhelmed with things. I promise I’ll be back soon! :)

I’m not gonna lie.

For the past few days I’ve been feeling incredibly unmotivated, mostly from lack of sleep, but today is different. For the first time in a while I’m feeling super amped up to get back into the gym and kill it. It’s nice to feel the way I used to.

Tomorrow may be an arms day. Actuall, it will be an arms day. I can finally wash my face without feeling like my arms are about to fall off.

**I’ve lost inches! My jeans keep falling off of me :) Such an amazing feeling to finally see progress.

I really need to update my workout playlist.

Catching up on my tumbling for the week. Before I lost my ipod touch, I would be on tumblr 24/7, constantly looking at fitblrs and making sure I looked at/read EVERY SINGLE POST on my dashboard until I ran into ones I had already seen the day before. Now, things just aren’t the same. I never realized how much I used that little thing until it was gone. I guess the songs are right. You never know what you’ve got til it’s gone!

Yesterday my stepdad took my mom and I to Jacksonville to go shopping and eat at one of our fav. restaurants as an early Valentine’s Day present. And as a reward for me doing so well in life, basically (I’m not bragging, I swear). I’ve been doing wonderfully in school and have been straight KILLING it in the gym and I guess the ‘rents are just proud.  I can’t complain. 

I can’t wait to get back into the gym tomorrow, though. I’ve been allowing myself to rest because I’ve been so tired this week, but I’m totally ready to get back into the swing of things. When we ate in J-ville, I totally SPLURGED. For real. Huge serving of cheesy pasta and shrimp. Bread. Breaded zucchini. Cheese dip. Chocolate cake with molten chocolate in the middle. And you know what?

I ain’t even mad.

I’ve been doing really good, and I really don’t feel like I’m setting myself back by like 10 thousand steps by living a little for a day. Everything’s gonna be alright.

My workout for tomorrow is undecided, I’m gonna have to post it later.

I’m off to go do my hair!

I almost don’t even want to think about my workout for tonight? I’m still incredibly sore from my workout on Saturday:( My thighs have basically been sent into shock. Oh well. Those bitches can get used to it ‘cause there’s more coming.

tonight:

3x12 wide pushups

3x12 dumbbell/barbell bench press

3x12 flat bench cable flies

3x12 narrow pushups

3x12 overhead triceps dumbbell extensions

3x12 triceps pushdowns

*** I SAW SOME DEFINITION IN MY ARMS?!?!! I’m really excited about that. I mean to anyone else, it really wouldn’t look like much, buuutttt…I have a lil sumthin-sumthin poppin’ up there now when I flex. Proud owner of a set of sexy progressing muscles. I would post before & after/progress photos but I just don’t think I’m quite comfortable with that yet. I don’t know. Maybe in the future.
